Program Overview 

The Upper Freehold Regional Public School District Preschool Program, the Soaring Redbirds Early Learning Academy, is a comprehensive program that services typically developing and special needs 3- and 4-year-old children. Programs will be held at Newell Elementary School and Kiddie Academy of Upper Freehold. Placement of typically developing children into the program is based on the needs of each student and current openings. Children with special needs are placed in the program through identification, evaluation, and eligibility procedures as outlined in New Jersey Administrative Code. Tuition-paying and low-income eligible children are placed in the program through an application and a lottery procedure. The goal of our program is to provide students with an excellent early childhood learning experience.
